About EBRCSA
The East Bay Regional Communications System Authority (EBRCSA) website is designed to be a central repository of information about the EBRCSA and its operations. This site provides a usable fornat for Board members, system articipants and interested public to easily access timely information about the EBRCSA, including Board of Directors and Committe meeting agendas, staff reports and minutes; information regarding funding and progress of the system build-out; as well as useful information regarding interoperability both regionally and nationally.
